So! BIG NEWS THAT ISN’T REALLY NEWS
We’re back! A.K.A. we never really went away! We didn’t want to publish Daredevil while Devil’s Reign was happening so the big decision was: do we come back after being off the shelf for six months with issue 37? Or do we relaunch with a shiny new NUMBER ONE?
Number one it is!
DAREDEVIL #1 is out in June with the same crew making it! Time flies, man. Here was my initial promo, like three years ago:

This is what we’ve been building toward since our, uh, FIRST issue one! Matt and Elektra are going to be taking some big swings from here on out and I’m very excited I still get to tell this story with Mr. Marco Checchetto. He’s NOT very happy with me right now working on Devil’s Reign as you can see from his issue 5 layouts:
So I had to promise him some easy-to-draw things in Daredevil 1. Matt Murdock no longer has a face by the end of Devil’s Reign.
HIS FACE WAS HIS GREATEST WEAKNESS

Oh shit! Speaking of Devil’s Reign I totally forget to mention that issue three was/is OUT this week!
So much Marco goodness.
Right now I’m working on Public Domain issue three, so I whipped up a cover image for it! Things get INTENSE this issue!
