This is a big week! First, DAREDEVIL 36 is out!
This is the LAST ISSUE of Daredevil while we go on hiatus for DEVIL’S REIGN! About two years ago we had the plan for this particular issue and its twists and turns and I’m pretty excited everyone gets to read it finally. It sets up Devil’s Reign (out next week? That can’t be right, can it?) and I’m super happy we’ve been joined by Manuel Garcia on art duties for this. He did the Daredevil Annual last year, one of my all-time favourite issues!
Also! ALL-NIGHTER 3 is out today!
BIG ACTION in this one! And man oh man what a beautiful cover from Jason and Paris. Go check it out!

In “Oh god is Chip still talking” news, I did an interview with Forbidden Planet about our upcoming Elektra mini!
Also, speaking of Daredevil and Elektra, the fine fine folks at CBR have declared DAREDEVIL Marvel’s best comic coming out! That’s nice!
I am not working at my absolute best, btw. Most days I’m, like, 75%, tops.
SPEAKING of speaking of Daredevil, David Harper at SKTCHD did a really nice piece on our original Daredevil cover artist, Julian. He’s so damn good.
In PAL NEWZ (U CAN USE), my fellow Mangasplaining co-host David Brothers just released a really fun short comic with Caleb Goellner! It’s only $5 to download! So go do it! David is a terrific writer and an excellent manga picker.
Speaking of Mangasplaining, this week we covered one of the best comics I’ve ever read, Look Back by Tatsuki Fujimoto, the creator of CHAINSAW MAN. Well worth a read (and listen?)
Also! My dear friend Kelly Sue DeConnick’s new book is out today: WONDER WOMAN HISTORIA: THE AMAZONS! It’s an immersive, sprawling history of the Amazons with stunning career-best art from Phil Jiminez! This is a true labour of love, years in the making, so you should absolutely check it out!
And yeah! I think that’s it! Is Devil’s Reign really out next week? That’s crazy, man…
