I just watched this new Marvel trailer for AVENGERS: ARMAGEDDON and thought “wow, I want to read this” and then realized I wrote it??
First issue drops next week! Wild times.

Oh, hey! I also have some good news for CANADIAN COMIC BOOK RETAILERS who were unable to order ZDARSKY COMICS NEWS: EIGHTEEN MONTHS OF MY LIFE I CAN’T GET BACK because of distribution issues! Universal is now carrying a limited number of copies so quickly put in your orders and tell your Canadian shop you want one or two or three!
This week I got this email from comic book writer Mark Waid and, while normally I wouldn’t do anything with it, it felt cruel not to help out.
So, please check out his crowdfunding page for the deluxe edition of EMPIRE, his creator-owned book with Barry Kitson about a supervillain who takes over the world and has to deal with the consequences! It’s actually really good.

I love your relationship with Mark Waid. It’s like he volunteered for a Big Brother program and got you for a Little Brother, but in a heartwarming twist, it was you who taught him the true meaning of happiness. Until you wrote more issues of Daredevil than him and he spiraled out of control. I’d watch that Lifetime Channel TV movie.
It's crazy to think that Armageddon was teased all the way back in October 2025 with that sick teaser poster and we are now officially one week away from the release of issue one. Genuinely might be the most excited I've been for a Marvel event in a while and that trailer did a great job of getting me hyped. (Also, I totally understand why you never stop going on about Kagan, as I too love him and his art).
