BIG NEWS! I am leaving my forest home and interacting with humans in SOCIETY!
That’s right! I learned to drive over the pandemic so I’m packing up the Chipmobile (2020 Nissan Kicks) and driving from Toronto to Nanaimo in order to sign as many comics as possible! I apologize to fans and readers in the Maritimes, but I couldn’t make the schedule work this time (it’s going to take a month oh my god), but I promise that my next tour will be East Coast focused!
This all kicks off April 22 and ends May 30 and I’m super excited! If your store is on the poster above, congrats! If it’s not, I’m sorry! I’M ONLY ONE MAN!

In ENTERTAINMENT NEWS, the new FLASH movie trailer came out, which featured Michael Keaton as Batman, so I boldly declared that I legally am supposed to see the movie before anyone else…

No offense to that beautiful twink Grant Gustin, but come ON! John Wesley Shipp and Amanda Pays FOREVER! Imagine looking across the bar and seeing these two staring at you like this? You wouldn’t even QUESTION the costume.
If I saw Ezra Miller looking at me in a bar I would probably back away and go to another bar? I genuinely hope they’re actually getting the help they need, cause brains are wild things when they’re on fire and fame is gasoline, so maybe someone should cut the gasoline supply for a bit?
In COMIC NEWS, the new Daredevil collection is out today! They, uh, renamed it “Daredevil & Elektra” for what I’m sure are very wise reasons. I haven’t seen a copy since I live in the woods, but I saw this collection of photos:
And I totally forgot this is the collection that has all those classic DD artists in it! JRJR! Samnee! Maleev! It’s still so cool to me! And not only that, it has the short story that the great Ann Nocenti wrote that I got to illustrate!
It also has amazing art by Marco and Rafael, so this is worth picking up, IMO.
If you’re on the BATMAN train, I believe the second printing of issue 131 is out this week as well! Featuring Jorge’s design sheet for RED MASK with his nicely tied shoelaces!

I am (un)fortunate enough to live in Wade Wilson's hometown of Regina so I hope to see ya! Depends on what day you're here as I may be out of town.
I've never been to a signing before. Do you have any tips for a first timer? Anything you like to see or hear from fans, or something to avoid entirely like accidentally bringing a copy of Vanish?
