I’m headed to Houston Comicpalooza on Saturday and I’m looking forward to seeing you and maybe getting some books signed. Is there any specific time range that you are going to be available, or is it just an all day thing?

Speaking of Fantastic Four, I finally read your 2-in-1 series and loved it! Your handling of Johnny and his depression was powerful and hit me hard. How soon into the book did you have to coordinate with the return of Reed and Sue? It seemed a little jarring in the collection. Almost like it was dropped on you last minute.
I forget exactly when? It was definitely after volume one. My original plan was going to have Reed and Sue appear briefly to hand the kids off to Ben and Johnny in order to save them from whatever cosmic thing they were up against. So we'd end up with a new family book featuring Ben and Johnny dealing with the kids. But then I was let in on the FF news so I changed that and dedicated my last two issues to the aftermath of Reed and Sue's return.
It definitely made me reread that first FF arc Slott did to see how that fit in. That was my only confusion! Was there anything you didn't get to do with Rachna Koul? It seemed like her story might have been cut short too.
I didn't have anything specific for Rachna, but I for sure wanted to do more with her if we continued! Marvel said we could keep going, but I just didn't think it made sense to have our book coming out while FF was coming back.
Is there another genius character for Marvel you haven't written for yet you think she'd pair well with? I know you don't like mentioning characters others are using, but I'd throw out Blue Marvel. I haven't seen him recently.

speaking of, when you wrote the Fantastic Four, did you tell the artists to draw Mr. Fantastic as much like you as possible? if not, why not? if so, did they? did it work? did you become Mr. Fantastic in all the Marvel movies now? or will they do the movie version of photoshop and replace all the old Mr. Fantastics with you?
