We don't have a date for me to sign them yet. It's going to involve flights and schedule coordinating, but my feeling is they'd need the books by early September. As soon as I know I'll let everyone know!
I spent 2 minutes of my day looking into Zeb and George Lucas fighting. I don't know how I'm going to explain this to my manager, but I'm kinda looking forward to it.
I know you have nothing to do with this chip but this right here is total garbage
Please enclose a prepped bag and board with your raw or graded book. To do this, draw a box on the bag where you would like the creator to sign on the book. Cut out the square and place you book back in the bag/board or include the bag and board with the cgc book. If this is not done, there will be a $5 prep fee per book.
Well of course this isn’t going to be done I don’t even know what they are asking me to do. Ruin a bag a board? Tell you where to sign or incur a 5$ charge per book? Like wtf? Why can’t I just send in books and you decide where to sign on your own?
Hi Chip. I upgraded to the Chipnutz level recently and missed the free variants. Hopefully this reaches you and you can let me know what I need to do to get on the list. Also, any chance DC will sanction a substack Batman variant?
Chip, this is especially exciting because my fiancé and I bonded over your work on Howard the Duck and the first gift I bought her for our first Valentine’s Day was a 9.8 CGC Howard the Duck first appearance of Gwenpool, (her favorite charter). So, getting a Howard comic signed for us is huge! We can’t wait!❤️
Chip do you set up all those podcast/YouTube interviews yourself? Or do they reach out to, say, Marvel who goes “Hey that Life Story hardcover is coming out, Chip we order you to go on Forbidden Planet.”
I TOTALLY get the crowds thing. I went to WA Summer Con last weekend and the line for Kevin Eastman was longer than a Jonathan Hickman chart about Wolverine's hair maintenance. I couldn't deal with that many people at once, so I went home and actually read some comics (I know that reduces their value, but I'm crazy like that).
Speaking of reducing value, any chance you'll do remarks for Chipnutz subscribers?
Greetings Chipnutz! This is a message for other American/non-Canadian Chipnutz planning to send their books for the signing. Be sure to give yourself ample time for your books to get through customs. I sent my book out on July 21st and it is still being held in customs. I'll report back when it reaches its final destination, so you get an idea of how long it may take. Cheers!

Hey chip, do you know when the deadline to send books in is, or is that a question for the email?
PEZ!
What’s your go to snack when hiding in the woods from Batman fans?

Rant over

Would it possible to request a personalized signature? I’m sending the book in next week.
