Nice! That omnibus looks like it’d make a fine addition to any collection. Reminds me of all the fun coming from all the spider-man you have written in the past. I know u said that u wanna lighten ur load, but recalling ur work here, just makes me wanna see u do more spidey whenever you can. U certainly have the voice of the character down, in this, and In his appearances in ur DD runs. Be incredible to see what u and ur partner from DD could do on the main spidey title one day.
Ok not going to lie, that red and black cover for Failsafe is calling to me. Where and when can I get my hands on that variant cover? Hell I’ll just take the cover itself.
Also, the teaser for your next Batman arc seems to be teasing the return of Catwoman, but the question is if that is Selina or the new Catwoman that’s been running around lately. Very intriguing choice for your first arc that is seemingly focusing on a classic rogue gallery member, picking Catwoman I mean. I know Penguin was in the beginning of ur run, but as for the main villain, so far they have been new additions, so picking her seemingly as the first classic enemy to be featured of an arc in ur run...very interesting to say the least.
And I’m excited as well. It’s been a great many years since there was last a real Batman vs Catwoman story, given how their relationship has evolved in the past decade or so. So needless to say I’m interested in seeing what this arc will be like. Now am I understanding this correctly in that this story will be told in both Batman AND Catwoman? Or is it just in the pages of Batman and Tini is helping you with the story itself?
By the by, been meaning to ask you this, as a fellow Canuck, that’s the correct term I believe (if I’m saying something wrong i apologize), have you ever gotten the chance to write for Wolverine? And if not, is that something you’d wanna do some point down the line?
I wrote some Old Man Logan in STARLORD and got to do a bit in my FF/X mini! I love Wolverine! Like anything, it would depend if I had a story for him or not
Yeah that’s true, sometimes, I’m sad to say, I forget that little treasure of a mini you did for XM/FF (that really was a fun little story, almost made me want to see more conflict between both groups over Franklin).
That’s true, I know you have a particular preference for writing for characters when you have a story in mind for them...so...do you have one for him? Legit curious. :)

And I feel seen… from the excellent Near Mint interview: The timing to announce the end of your DD run on Twitter to let people (~i.e., Me~) grieve. I am sobbing & speculating (esp. after DD issue 9 wow -what an issue!), but feel better knowing you’ve been working with your successor on DD for awhile now.

It depends on the cover! The hardest part is coming up with the idea, really. After that it takes a solid workday to get it to a final stage.
And I failed design school because I was too busy being "cool"!!!!!
