Ah, comic site headlines. This should only add a few hours to my week as folks panic tell me you’ve quit Marvel Batman for (checks notes) the internet.
This is so refreshing to hear. Daredevil has been the top comic from Marvel and they would be insane to take you off of it. Beautiful art and an amazing story. Although CHIP's CANCELED COMCI has better alliteration for news articles.
I'm just excited to see how you do the whole "Daredevil on Parole" storyline, where he's placed in custody for being late and having the wrong color pen when filling out the mandatory paperwork (an actual thing that happens in the parole/probation world.)
For what it's worth Daredevil is my sons 2nd fav marvel title since he started reading last year. Sorry Cates and Stegman took 1st with him those guys are too cool for the average 12yo like him :) Seriously this has been one of our absolute favorite father son reads since he got hooked on comics can't wait to see where it goes. And happy to be here to support one our favorite writers!
Daredevil has been an excellent series so far, so as long as it continues, whatever form it takes, I'm happy.
By the way, I also had the pleasure of reading an advance copy of the Life Story Annual and it was so touching and heartfelt. I have always loved you writing Jonah. Keep up the good work!

I DO love to quit though....

Hmm. Should I be flattered or insulted?
you don't look a day over <male aged 50-60 demo>!!
As someone who just turned to the 40-49 demo, this hit different. :\

Aw thanks! So far my only straight-up CANCELLED comic has been Star-Lord. Gone too soon!!!
It was a sad day at the shop - shirtless Starlord moved UNITS but I guess the industry wasn't ready for the sheer raw magnetism of that creative team.
I remember getting the call the day before issue TWO came out that we were being cancelled. What a world!!!

ha ha! oh man, I'm STEALING THAT

Oh, nice! I mean, except for the Cates/Stegman thing obviously
So basically what you're saying is Marvel cancelled Lord of Empyre: Emperor Hulking after issue 1, gotcha.
look it's a competitive marketplace

Aw, thanks! Jonah is in my top five favourite characters to write.
Does that make me the youngest reader, at age 34? This newsletter really makes my day better, for what that's worth. Also, Marvel Two in One ruled.
Age 30 here. You're not alone.
Two in One was the best. I would love to read more of your FF at some point.
you guys are BABIES. Skottie Young should draw you on covers!
